Southwest Moulding Co.
Southwest Moulding Company was established in Dallas, Texas in 1952. It was acquired (51%) by Tenon in November 2005 (increased to 100% in 2009) and the original management team has stayed on with the business. The company operates a regional wholesale millwork distribution business along with a manufacturing division. Southwest Moulding's primary channels of distribution consist of building material dealers, millwork shops, and home centers. The manufacturing division is responsible for the production of both stair parts and MDF mouldings.
Through the years Southwest Moulding Company has continued to grow its various operations. Within the last three years both the distribution and manufacturing operations have moved to new larger facilities. The new facilities allow Southwest Moulding Co. to continue with the philosophy of providing unparalleled service to its customers. The commitment to larger inventories will only be enhanced with the new facilities, resulting in complete and timely shipments to its customers.
Southwest Moulding Company, recognized by many in the business as the optimal source for moulding and stair parts, also offers other complementary product lines. Flex Trim flexible moulding and Turncraft columns and porch post are important components of Southwest Moulding's product selection available to its customers.
